TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and booking missions with Xplorah PK, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Assumption of Risk

Extreme sports and marine operations (including but not limited to scuba diving, spearfishing, skydiving, and paragliding) carry inherent physical risks. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Instructor Authority

Our Master Instructors and Elite Operators have absolute authority during all missions. Failure to comply with safety briefings or tactical instructions will result in immediate extraction from the mission without a refund.

3. Medical Fitness

You certify that you are medically fit to participate in the booked mission. Certain medical conditions may disqualify you from specific activities (e.g., severe asthma or heart conditions for scuba diving). A signed medical waiver is mandatory prior to the mission.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Missions are heavily dependent on weather, sea states, and logistical constraints. Xplorah PK reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or abort a mission for safety reasons. Refunds or rescheduling credits will be issued according to our standard operating procedures.
